A psychotherapy practice focussing on the mental health needs of parents and carers by combining cognitive, somatic, neurobiological and deeply attuned relational approaches to support clients in finding their way through recovery, towards deep, sustained, emotional and psychological wellness.

Acute Stress, Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD or Developmental Trauma - including
Secondary Trauma, Compassion Fatigue and Burnout.
A trauma-specialist*, Attachment-informed, FASD-informed, CPA-informed,
SEND-informed, ND-informed, inclusive, integrative psychotherapy setting
offering online and in-person services.
Wildways Therapy welcomes all clients and actively promotes, advocates for and supports safe therapeutic spaces for those who identify themselves as being from marginalised communities and/or where their identities intersect across those groups.
*To support an understanding of my training and clinical skills and in the absence of an equivalent framework in England and Wales, I have adopted the NHS Education for Scotland (NES) ‘Transforming Psychological Trauma: A Knowledge and Skills Framework' in recognition of Scotland's world leading commitment to developing a National Trauma Training Strategy for professionals.
