The IFEEL Method is a model of psychotherapy that integrates clinical, evidence-based, psychological frameworks and methodology with somatic practices and Human Equine Interactions (specifically) Equine Facilitated Human Development and Psychotraumatology. Research undertaken by IFEEL Method and Hartpury University was published in 2020 providing quantitative and qualititive outcomes.
"The results support the use of EFPT in affect and
interpersonal regulation skills interventions for clinical populations suffering the effects of trauma."
